LOLFEST – March 18, 2009 in Nashville, Tn – Results
This is the first of what I hope to be somewhat regular Tekken 6 tournaments. If you build it they will come? We’ll see…
Ian and I drew up the brackets when we got to the arcade, but we had to wait for jio. I called out Jamie first round, so we knew that match was set. The one thing I forgot to pay attention to was potential opponents for my second game. I totally could have jumped up a spot or so if the bracket favored me a little more 
Every match was recorded for the most part. They did ‘forget’ to record the very important 7th place match (we played out all ties) where I didn’t look completely turrible. Such is life — that’s what I get for sucking turribly my first 2 matches. The finals were really a treat. Cody beat Josh in the Winner’s Finals and then Josh took the first set in Grand Finals 3-0. It looked like Josh was going to take the 2nd set too, but he tried to be cute and play mixups instead of finishing combos and getting the win. The final count was 3-2 Cody.
